Cheri Warner

Cheri-Warner-LargeCheri Warner, MS, PMP, has worked for 35 years in a variety of technical jobs in manufacturing, development, and research at Eastman Kodak. Cheri received her BS in Chemistry from the University of Rochester and a MS in Applied Mathematics and Statistics from Rochester Institute of Technology. She is certified as a Project Management Professional and as a Six Sigma Black Belt.

She has held positions such as: Department Manager of a manufacturing unit, Quality Manager for a manufacturing division, and Project Manager for new product commercialization.

Most recently, she worked as a Project Manager for new product commercialization for cutting edge digital products. She is the co-author of four patents resulting from this work. She led and participated on three teams that were awarded Kodak Research’s gold medal for Team Achievement.

Cheri chaired the American National Standards Institute Image Technology Subcommittee on Black and White Paper Stability for 12 years. This committee consisted of scientists from major manufacturers (Kodak, Fuji, Konica, Polaroid), government agencies (Library of Congress, National Archives), and customers (Smithsonian, National Geographic).

One of her favorite “jobs” was coaching her daughters’ Odyssey of the Mind teams over a period of 10 years.
