Many organizations offer either an Executive or Life coaching experience. Here at enSpirit, we offer an integrated approach and offer the capacity to flex between both areas as the needs of the client change. Simply put, coaching is the process of closing the gap between where you are now and where you want to be. Whether work, home, or play, we all may need structure, support, and the tools that are available from coaching experience.    

Coaching, whether Executive Leadership or Life Coaching, starts with the synergistic relationship between the coach and a client. The purpose of the coach is to create an environment and share knowledge, wisdom, and tools, resources and experiences that assist our client in reaching an empowered state. This state allows the client to create the momentum within their own lives, careers, or businesses, tapping into “your” fullest potential. As a coach, we understand that we are a guide and observer within your journey… you are the author. 

Our coaches are multi-disciplinarian, having been trained and certified in numerous coaching tools, with membership within the International Consultants Odyssey Transformational Group. enSpirit, llc. is offering a 7-month group to men and women who are interested in engaging in the exploration of Heaven on Earth and engaging in living a Spirit-Centered Life.
