Gwen Mazza, MS. Ed., LMHT, is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Behavioral Analyst. She holds certifications in Behavioral, Values, and TriMetrix Analyses, which are tools geared toward enhancing workplace environments. For over 30 years, Gwen has been serving individuals and organizations in the areas of counseling, coaching, consulting, training, and cultural transformation.

Gwen is a member of the International Consultants Odyssey Transformational Group, and in 2005 she introduced enSpirit, llc. to the international coaching arena. Her unique blend of business skills, spirituality, and 30 years of clinical experience in the mental health field, has been touted as "the work of organizational cultural development that will move companies well into 2020". As a steward and guide of the "enSpirit Business Framework," "enSpirit Transformational Model," and the "Think It Become It Model," Gwen brings a remarkable, refreshing framework and mindset to businesses and the personal coaching industry.
